The Annual Declaration Simulation (DAS) is a service directed at Fund beneficiaries, enabling them to:

• Match the data declared in the annual declaration file;

• Verify the accuracy and consistency of required information;

• Prepare optimally for the annual leave campaign.

This service ensures that all information submitted is checked to avoid errors, with an error report displayed if discrepancies are found, allowing corrections prior to submission.

The service aims to facilitate and accelerate the declaration process during the annual leave campaign and prevent delays or rejection of declarations within the legal deadlines.

Failure to submit the Annual Declaration of Wages and Workers within the legal deadlines exposes the employer to:

• A financial penalty of 15% of the contributions due,

• Plus, an additional surcharge of 5% per month of delay,

in accordance with Article 16 of Law No. 83-14, as amended by Article 11 of Law No. 04-17.
