DECLARATION OF ACTIVITY

The declaration of activity must be made by the employer within ten (10) days following the hiring of the first worker, by going to the nearest agency to submit the declaration using a form that can be downloaded from the official website, or by completing the online affiliation declaration through the “TASRIHATCOM ” portal, or by directly visiting the nearest agency to declare the activity.

In the event of temporary suspension or cancellation of activity, the employer is required to inform the Fund as soon as possible.

In Case of Non-Declaration

Failure to declare the activity exposes the employer to a financial penalty of 5,000 Algerian Dinars (DZD), plus an additional increase of 20% for each month of delay, i.e. the equivalent of 1,000 DZD per month, when the declaration of activity or affiliation request is not submitted within ten (10) days following the hiring of the first worker.
