National Fund for Paid Leave and Unemployment-Inclement Weather in the Building, Public Works and Hydraulics Sectors

AFFILIATION

Enterprises operating in the construction, public works and hydraulics sectors are subject to the system of paid leave and unemployment due to bad weather, based on the following legal texts:

  • Regarding paid leave: Executive Decree No. 97-48 dated 4 February 1997, and Decree No. 98-212 dated 20 June 1998.

Executive Decree No. 97-47 dated 4 February 1997, and Decree No. 98-211 dated 20 June 1998.

Every enterprise carrying out one or more activities within these sectors is required to register in the system of paid leave and unemployment due to bad weather, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 83-14 dated 2 July 1983, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 04-17 dated 10 November 2004.

Accordingly, each enterprise concerned by affiliation must submit a declaration of activity to one of the Fund’s regional agencies, or register remotely through the “TASRIHATCOM” online portal, in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force.
