The “TASRIHATCOM” portal is a secure and fast electronic platform that allows employers to complete various declarations, including:

• Declaration of affiliation;

• Declaration of contribution base;

• Payment of contributions;

• Declaration of unemployment due to bad weather;

• Annual declaration of wages and workers;

• Simulation or approximation of the annual declaration;

• Requests for payment scheduling of debts due to the Fund.

In addition, Fund affiliates can download both the Affiliation Certificate and the Certificate of Payment of Contributions directly through the online portal.

The portal also allows affiliates to view and monitor their accounts and contributions, and provides a dedicated employee space — called “Employee Area” — where workers can track their annual leave compensation for the current and previous year and download their pay slips.
