CACOBATH EMPLOYERS AND WORKERS
The members of the National Fund for Paid Leave and Bad Weather Unemployment “are divided into two categories: employers and wage-earning workers active in the construction, public works and hydraulics sectors.
Employers: In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 83-14, as amended and supplemented, relating to the obligations of employers in the field of social security, this term refers to all enterprises operating at the national level, regardless of the sector to which they belong, their nationality, or their legal nature.
Wage-earning workers: These are the workers belonging to the construction, public works and hydraulics sectors, who carry out their activity with one or several employers during the period extending from 1 July of the previous year to 30 June of the current year.
